Delivery & Shipping costs

Orders are released for shipment after confirmed approval of the payment method or registration of the receipt of payment. The stated delivery times apply from the following day of the payment instruction at normal order volume. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note: In the case of cross-border delivery, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in individual cases, which are to be borne by the customer.
