Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@argonpads.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In addition, it is noted here that if a return is requested, the buyer will be responsible for the cost.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and fix the problem.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items: https://argonpads.com/products/argonpads-customs), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.


Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If it is, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Shipping costs are generally not refunded, only the amount of the ordered product will be credited to your original payment method. In case of non-receipt of the product, non-delivery of the product, non-acceptance of the product and/or entering a wrong, incorrect or faulty address, we as argonpads are not accountable for it. In this case, you can contact the shipping service provider using your tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
