How long does delivery take?

Mousepads such as LIQUID, Prototype, or Performance are in-stock, meaning we have them readily available for immediate dispatch. Typically, these are shipped on the same day or the following day.

The delivery time for custom mousepads is usually 2-4 weeks. Since these need to be produced first, then shipped to our warehouse, undergo inspection, and finally dispatched to the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel a custom mousepad, it can only be done before production, typically within 24 hours of placing the order. For all other items in the shop, you can simply return them within 14 days by emailing us at, and we'll handle it for you.

I received my mousepad and it smells like burnt rubber... what do i do?

If your mousepad has a bad smell, don't worry, it will go away! This smell occurs when our natural rubber base is heated during the printing process. Please place your mousepad in fresh air, in the shade until the smell goes away.

How can I clean my mousepad?

To clean your mousepad, we would recommend using a lint roller to get rid of any loose crumbs. For stains, first try using water and a microfiber towel. That should get rid of most light stains, but if you need to use soap, we would recommend a small amount of laundry detergent or stain remover. Rub or brush the stain, rinse. Let the mousepad air dry and it should be good as new!

We have tried using a washing machine on delicate setting with our mousepads and it came out great. That being said, we cannot guarantee every washing machine will have the same great result so we cannot guarantee the pad will keep the same consistency.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Regrettably, we do not determine the shipping rates, as they are automatically calculated by the affiliated postal carriers. They are determined by the shipment's volume (weight/size) and the country of the final destination.
