Custom mousepads require 2–4 weeks for production. For in-stock mousepads, your order will be dispatched quickly, either the same day or the next. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Delivery in Germany typically takes 2–3 days, and international orders may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the location.

If your mousepad has a smell, don't worry, it will go away! This odor occurs when our natural rubber base is heated during the printing process. To eliminate the smell, place your mousepad in a well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight, until the odor dissipates. You can also try washing your mousepad using the instructions below.

To clean your mousepad, we recommend using a lint roller to remove any loose crumbs. For stains, start by using water and a microfiber towel, which should remove most light stains. If necessary, apply a small amount of laundry detergent or stain remover. Gently rub or brush the stain, rinse, and let the mousepad air dry. It should be as good as new! We have also tested washing our mousepads on a delicate cycle in a washing machine, and it worked well. However, we cannot guarantee the same result with every washing machine, so we cannot ensure the mousepad will maintain its original consistency.
